BigBandi™ Owner Terms

1. Authority to List

You confirm that you have the legal authority to list the vehicle on BigBandi. This means you are the registered owner, an authorised operator, or have written permission from the owner to list and operate the vehicle commercially.

2. Accurate Vehicle Information

All information you provide about your vehicle — including type, make, model, year, condition, capacity, and operating radius — must be accurate and kept up to date. Misrepresenting a vehicle may result in account suspension.

3. Registration, Permits & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle holds all required registrations, permits, and government authorisations for commercial operation in your area. BigBandi does not verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for legal compliance of listed vehicles.

4. Safe Operation

You and your operator are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle at all times. This includes maintaining the vehicle in roadworthy condition, ensuring the operator holds any required licences, and complying with all applicable safety regulations at the job site.

5. Accepting Requests

You are under no obligation to accept any booking request. Accepting a request indicates your intent to fulfil the job, but you and the User must still confirm all final details — vehicle, location, timing, scope, and rate — directly before work begins.

6. Pricing

Rates you set in the app are informational. The final rate for each job must be agreed directly between you and the User before work begins. You are responsible for any additional charges you wish to apply (fuel, overtime, waiting time, etc.) — these must be discussed and agreed in advance.

7. Payment Collection ⚠️

You are responsible for collecting payment directly from the User.

• BigBandi does not guarantee payment to Owners.
• BigBandi does not collect, hold, or transfer payments between parties unless a specific payment feature is explicitly provided and active.
• BigBandi is not responsible for recovering unpaid amounts on your behalf.
• Confirm the final rate and payment method directly with the User before starting any work.

8. Taxes & Business Obligations

You are responsible for all tax obligations, GST/VAT filings, and other business compliance requirements arising from services you provide through BigBandi. BigBandi does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

9. Availability Accuracy

You should keep your vehicle's availability status reasonably accurate. Repeatedly accepting bookings you cannot fulfil, or showing vehicles as available when they are not, may result in account suspension.

10. Service Delivery

You are solely responsible for the quality, timeliness, and safe completion of services performed. Any disputes about work quality, delays, or damage are between you and the User. BigBandi may assist with communication but is not a party to your transaction.

11. Platform Rules

BigBandi may suspend or remove your account for fraud, misrepresentation, repeated no-shows, unsafe practices, or any other behaviour that violates these Terms or the general Terms of Use.

12. Updates to Owner Terms

We may update these Owner Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued listing or accepting bookings after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
