BigBandi™ Terms of Use

1. BigBandi™'s Role

BigBandi™ is a technology platform that connects Users with independent Vehicle Owners and service providers. BigBandi generally does not own or operate the vehicles listed on the platform. Owners are independent providers — not employees, agents, or contractors of BigBandi.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BigBandi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Requests & Bookings

A booking request does not guarantee vehicle availability or job completion. An Owner accepting a request does not guarantee the work will be completed. Users and Owners must directly confirm vehicle details, location, timing, scope, rate and all other job details before work begins.

4. Rates

Rates shown in the app are owner-provided and informational only. The final rate must be agreed directly between User and Owner. Any additional charges (fuel, overtime, waiting time, etc.) must be discussed and agreed between the parties directly.

5. Payments ⚠️

Payments are handled directly between User and Owner unless BigBandi explicitly provides a payment feature.

• BigBandi does not guarantee payment to Owners.
• BigBandi does not guarantee refunds to Users.
• BigBandi is not responsible for collecting unpaid amounts between parties.

Always confirm the final rate and payment method directly with the other party before work begins.

6. Availability

Availability is based primarily on information provided by Owners. BigBandi cannot guarantee that a vehicle shown as available will remain available at the time of the job.

7. User Responsibilities

As a User you must: provide accurate location, timing and job requirements; confirm the final price and all details directly with the Owner before work begins; provide lawful and safe access to the job location; and not submit fake or fraudulent requests or misuse the platform in any way.

8. Disputes

Price, payment, delays, quality, damage and job-related disputes are primarily between User and Owner. BigBandi may assist with communication or support, but providing such assistance does not make BigBandi a party to their transaction or liable for its outcome.

9. Platform Rules

BigBandi may suspend or remove accounts for fraud, abuse, fake requests, repeated no-shows, misrepresentation, or other violations of these Terms.

10. OTP and Communication Consent

You consent to receiving OTP and service messages to authenticate your account and coordinate bookings. Carrier charges may apply depending on your telecom plan. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for specific commercial purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigBandi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from marketplace interactions, including loss of profit, payment disputes, delays, or reputational harm.

13. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Material updates are posted with an updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
